A paradise for cats & dogs, an ideal solution for pet sitting and without transition a remedy for mossy hair, gloves for our paws and a delightful mini tea room where to swallow delicious cookies … this is briefly what this new letter is all about.

If you are ready to give your dog a sole meunière, shampoo and condition him, make him an ice cream on a stick or buy a fountain for your cat, then I’ve found your paradise … well at least that of Médor & Minou. But if you’re just looking for a leash and a pretty collar, this is the place for you too. There are also bags for the train, pretty medals and even lovely pouches for those plastic bags that we always have to carry with us, if you know what I mean… In short, it’s a kind of concept store for our 4-paw friends, 2 rue de l’École, just opposite the Louvre. The owner is passionate and absolutely adorable. Dinky didn’t get any special food or charm to hang on his collar, but Santa might be more gaga than me !

The owner is so passionate that she even created boarding houses for animals, or rather luxury hotels for our animal friends ! A fully equipped farmhouse (no cages or fences) for animals around Paris. In each of these places, there are dedicated spaces for dogs, cats and even for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas… Oh, and there’re also guest rooms for people in need of … animals. You can also sign your dog up for walks in a private wood in the south of Paris or have your cat looked after in Paris in a setting specially designed to entertain these felines. Of course, all transport is organised from Paris by highly qualified professionals. Anyway, if you go to the concept store, the owner, who is extremely friendly, will explain everything in detail.

Just in case your hair is fluffy after shampooing and looks better the next day, I’ve got the solution ! Rub your hair with this cream (which luckily doesn’t stink) it will immediately look less like candyfloss and the strands will be more distinct. I found this product at Monoprix (as I often do, you’ll tell me !). Great advantage : the packaging won’t disfigure your bathroom.

Today, no one wears them any more and it’s a shame ! Rue Saint-Honoré, you’ll find the prettiest gloves and mitters made from the softest skins, in all colours and shapes. They can be a refined detail, a gift and even keep your paws warm ! The Veber house has been around since 1937 and some of its models are available online. Sometimes you drop one and Prince Charming picks it up for you, but the prince is also delighted to receive them as a gift…

Here’s a very charming mini tea room where you can have a quick little brownie. I loved Dear Jane's old-fashioned and cute décor. It’s not that complicated to make beautiful things ! This kind of place is rare, but between two meetings or during a day’s shopping, it’s nice to stop by.

This year, summer lasted and we’ve made the most of it … but now, it has to rain a little because it’s good for our earth, a little less for our heads though… so I thought you could do with a rain hat from Less is rare. It’s got wide stitched edges, it folds easily so you can take it everywhere you go and it’s khaki, of course !
